Vios is the Greek word for "life." Conception is our life.
Vios Fertility was built on a simple belief: that fertility care should feel personal at every step, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. The science of reproductive medicine matters deeply, and so does the way care is delivered. When those two things come together, patients feel supported rather than processed.
Our mission is to help patients find their way to fertility health and treatment with the highest chance of success, through innovative, science-led treatment options and an unparalleled patient experience.
Dr. Angie Beltsos founded Vios Fertility Institute in 2015 with that philosophy at the center. Now, as Vios Fertility 2.0 takes shape in Chicago, that same commitment is guiding every decision being made about how care will be structured, who will be seen, and how the team will show up for each person who walks through the door.
If you are a former patient, your history with Vios is not lost. If you are new and exploring your options, this is a good place to start. Either way, you will be heard.
Fertility care grounded in current evidence and clinical expertise, with a process designed to give you clear answers and a plan that reflects your actual situation, not a generic protocol.
Every person coming to a fertility clinic carries something personal with them. Vios Fertility was designed to recognize that, and to make sure the people and systems around you reflect it.

How We Can Help
Whether you are starting a fertility evaluation for the first time, returning to continue care, or exploring options like egg freezing or third-party reproduction, the Vios team is building a full range of services with you in mind. Here is what is planned for Vios Fertility 2.0.
A thorough first step that looks at the whole picture: your history, your cycle, relevant testing, and any factors on the partner side when applicable. The goal is clarity so you can make informed decisions.
In vitro fertilization involves retrieving eggs, fertilizing them in a laboratory setting, and transferring an embryo. Your care team will walk through every phase with you so the process never feels opaque.
IUI is a procedure where sperm is placed directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation. It is often a starting point for couples and individuals at certain stages of their fertility journey.
Freezing eggs allows you to preserve your options now for a later time, whether for personal reasons, medical reasons, or because the timing is simply not right yet. This is your call to make.
Donor egg, donor sperm, and gestational carrier pathways are part of how many people build their families. The Vios team is experienced in coordinating these journeys with care and clarity.
If you have received a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation and want another perspective, you deserve one. A second opinion at Vios means a thorough, unhurried review of where things stand.
Baseline testing of egg reserve and reproductive hormones, plus semen analysis for a male partner, to give you a clear picture of where things stand before taking any next steps.
Medication to support ovulation, combined with precise timing guidance, is often an accessible and effective first approach for many patients beginning their fertility journey.
When embryos have been previously created and frozen, a frozen embryo transfer cycle prepares the uterus and places the embryo with careful timing and monitoring.
Preimplantation genetic testing can identify chromosomally normal embryos prior to transfer, providing information that helps guide decisions about which embryo to transfer.
When structural factors are affecting fertility, surgical evaluation and intervention may be an important part of the care plan. The Vios team will discuss what is appropriate for your situation.
Male factor infertility is a contributing element in many cases. A thorough male fertility evaluation, including semen analysis and additional testing when needed, is part of the complete picture.
What Happens Next
Right now, Vios Fertility 2.0 is finalizing details so that care can begin. When you leave your information, you are not submitting to a waitlist that disappears. A real person from the Vios team will reach out to you directly.
Share a few details: your name, contact information, what you are interested in, and how soon you are hoping to be seen. There is also an optional space to tell us anything you want us to know beforehand.
A member of the Vios Fertility team will contact you directly, not through an automated system. They will answer your questions and keep you informed as appointments open.
People who leave their details now will have priority when scheduling begins. You will not have to start from scratch when the clinic opens.
