- Scheduling notifications, including requests to book, reschedule, or confirm upcoming visits

How to Opt In
You may enroll in the Vios Fertility SMS program by completing the patient intake or appointment request form available on our website at https://viosfertility.com. The form includes a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. To opt in, you must affirmatively select that checkbox yourself before submitting the form.
By checking that box and submitting the form, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you have provided
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You agree to receive text messages from Vios Fertility for care coordination purposes at the mobile number you have provided
